Need to make a change to your order? 

Please let us know ASAP if you need to make a change to your order. Cancellations may not be accepted after an order is placed. 

Order Processing Time

Our current order processing times can be up to 7 business days to get items printed and shipped out. Any delivery dates shown on emails are estimated. WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT AN ITEM WILL ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN DATE. We use several fulfillment centers for our products so delivery times will vary. Usually, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We currently do not offer 2-Day or Next Day shipping options. If ordering more than one item, they may arrive in separate shipments. Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email we have on file. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to update once the item has been shipped.  Items are shipped with USPS. Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed, and the amount of processing time needed to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple shipment confirmation e-mails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the shipping method and your shipping location.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Please send items back within 30 days of receiving the return label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email; how do I know you received my order?

  • First, check your junk or spam folder! Sometimes our emails get flagged and end up in your junk or spam folder. If you still don’t see your confirmation email, you can email us at kamoskinz@gmail.com with the below information and we will confirm that your order was received: 
    • First and Last Name
    • Full Address (House #, Street, Town, State, Zip Code.

I never received the items I ordered, what do I do?

  • We want to make sure our customers are happy! If you never received your items, please email kamoskinz@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you further.

My order is being shipped back to Kamo Skinz, what happened?

  • Sometimes deliveries are returned or delayed because the shipper received the wrong information when you placed your order. Please email us at kamoskinz@gmail.com and we will figure everything out for you.

I messaged you on social media about an order but haven’t heard back. What happened?

  • Due to extremely high traffic on Facebook and Instagram, we are unable to manage all of our customer’s questions in an orderly fashion, so we do not answer order-specific questions via social media. If you have any order-specific questions, please email kamoskinz@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I emailed or sent multiple emails to customer service (kamoskinz@gmail.com) but never heard back. When will you email me?

  • At times we deal with large influxes of customer demand, and occasionally an email can slip through the cracks. Please do us a favor and re-send the email as we are passionate and dedicated to servicing your needs to our best ability! 

My question isn’t listed here what should I do?
