PRODUCT WARRANTY & TERMS

Wallets:

Kamo Skinz warrants that all Wallets are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure or loss of Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Watch Bands:

Kamo Skinz warrants that all Watch Bands are free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement in the event of failure or loss issues with the adapter mechanism, and/or clasp/buckle failures.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or damages whatsoever to the watch to which the watch band is attached, and/or any other items that are not directly produced by Kamo Skinz. Our warranty also excludes any damages due to the improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, falls or collisions to our watch band or the attached watch.

Kamo Skinz warrants that Phone Cases are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product. Your Limited Lifetime Warranty will include a Replacement Phone Case in the event of failure. Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the same make and design/pattern and model of the phone case if a replacement is warranted.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of Phone Cases; cosmetic damage; damage caused by accident; abuse, neglect, shock, improper use, or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; or repairs. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Kamo Skinz product.

Phone Grips:

Kamo Skinz warrants that Phone Grips are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the life of the product of 1 (One) year.

This warranty does not cover lost, stolen, or disposed of normal wear and tear of product use; damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by use of the product other than for its intended purpose; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; damage to a product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any other product, including without limitation damage to any device used in connection with the product.

WARRANTY POLICY TERMS

How to make a claim:

To submit a Warranty Claim, please submit a request through the contact form.

Gift Warranty:

Gifts are also 100% covered under our Warranty Policy! Please follow the same process and provide the gifter's full name in the Warranty Claim order number field. We can verify your product’s authenticity with the photo attached to the Warranty Claim.

Warranty Disclaimer:

We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim. This may happen if we believe the claim to be fraudulent, if the item was purchased before the implementation of our Lifetime Warranty, or if the product(s) were purchased from an unauthorized seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.

Please note that if your Kamo Skinz product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. If your product is no longer in stock, your replacement will be of a similar material and color. If no comparable replacement is available, we will work to find a suitable substitute of equal value.

WARRANTY FAQ

What is not covered under warranty?

Lost, stolen, or disposed of product(s), scratches, dents, chips, and/or scrapes, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, and improper use or storage of the product. In addition, unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under Warranty.

Kamo Skinz Products purchased from an unauthorized seller include, but are not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay.

This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim.

*Please note that if your Kamo Skinz product is eligible for a replacement, then your replacement will be the same color and material as your purchased product. What does the “Lifetime of the Product” mean?

The Lifetime of your Kamo Skinz product references the lifetime of the functionality. If the product is stored securely and serviced with replacement pieces covered under warranty when needed, we expect each product to last for years!

Do I need to register an item to activate the Warranty?

As our Lifetime Warranty is automatic with each purchase, no registration is needed to activate the Warranty. However, we recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your claim.

How long does the Warranty Claim process take?

Warranty Claims are approved or denied within 2-3 business days. This timeframe can be affected during busier seasons or if we need more information to process the claim.

How do I file a Warranty Claim for a gift?

If your order was a gift and you do not have the order number, please put the full name of the person who gifted the item in the order number field. Your item will still be covered under Warranty, and we can verify your item with a photo!

Replacements under this warranty are subject to a shipping charge per replacement of $9.99 for domestic customers or $19.99 for international customers. Please note domestic & international customers will be responsible for duties and taxes imposed on replacement orders.

This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
