To inquire about a return/refund please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to address issues with printing or shipping after 30 days of delivery. The best way to reach us is through email or by using our contact us form. At this time, we do not have a dedicated customer support phone number. All customer support is handled via email. We respond to emails within 24 business hours of being received.
